Hi! My name is Mahsa and I'm a registered dietitian and founder of Health Impact. I help bereaved gain control of their health with nutrition & lifestyle advice.

From personal and clients experience I know it can be challenging to take good care of ourselves during grief. A healthy lifestyle will help you feel better. The coaching is online, so you can connect from a safe environment at your home.
